The apps for smartwatches are getting better, and it is fast becoming a very cool device, most of us think that it’s all for notifications of messages, but its more than just that, it’s not just all about health and fitness or on the go reading of text messages.
Well Duolingointegrates it on smartwatches making the wearable device much more interesting, according to the developer the app for Android has added support for wearables specifically Android Wear, now you can learn new language on the go while having fun, so far the app has at least 6 languages for you to learn you can learn Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and English, and its free.
We haven’t tested yet the app but we think that it’s somewhat the same with Duolingo Google Glass app, where there will be a display of word/s or short phrase and ask you to translate it to the other language.
I think it has great potential for being a top app for Android Wear, imagine learning new language while you are on the go, idle, just sitting and doing nothing, your smartwatch shows you some new words to learn.
